Almar Party and Tent Rentals can help you host an event for anything between 50 to 6,000 guests under one roof. We pride ourselves on the level of quality and diversity we offer in rental and and tenting including; a variety of chairs, many lines of china, flatware and glassware. Our linens come in a wide assortment of colors, prints, florals, stripes, moirés and damasks.
Almar’s clients, many of whom have been with us for over 30 years, are leading caterers and corporations as well as many clients from the private sector.
Every tent is customized for each individual event. We have both frame and pole type tents, with white or clear tops and three different styles of walls. Our flooring is as diverse as our other rentals, with an array ranging from black and white to parquet and birch and frosted Lucite. All can be monogrammed or otherwise customized to your needs.
Almar’s sales people are available to meet with clients, caterers or any individual to help design an event with over 100 guests. We are accessible 24 hours a day and are always there for emergency situations. Almar also accepts most major credit cards for your convenience.
